We’re happy to assist in sourcing and designing unique, personalized to the event, and functional swag and/or gifts to give to your attendees before or during the event.
Budget & Expense Tracking
We will keep track of all receipts and invoicing, so you can see the full scope to keep the budget straight. You’ll have 24 hour access to these files.
Registration & Event Support
From check-in to closing remarks, our team is onsite to assist attendees with registration, answer questions, and provide ongoing support–ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

With over 30 years of experience in the event industry, Mary leads our team with a deep well of knowledge, creativity, and passion. She's worked alongside Don for more than two decades and with Melissa for over 10 years—relationships that have blossomed into a truly family-like bond. Together, we’ve spent at least a decade immersed in planning, managing, and bringing events to life. That shared experience and trust shine through in every detail of our work.
